Mobilny Portfel, Raiffeisen Polbank's mobile application, was developed from scratch to deliver a seamless and user-friendly banking experience. With intuitive navigation and a focus on accessibility, the app offered users a convenient way to manage their finances, make payments, and access banking services on the go, embodying the bank’s commitment to customer-centric design.
One of my favorite projects. Collaborated with an exceptional team to design and develop 'Mobile Wallet,' a groundbreaking mobile application for retail clients, delivered within a tight timeline. We significantly enhanced customer satisfaction (from 2.1 to 4.7 on Google/Apple App Stores) in remote channels and successfully achieved the business goals.
